Had some blood drawn for some blood tests today. The lady taking my samples was brilliant; I can be difficult to get blood from and often have extended, painful appointments as nurses attempt to draw blood, but the lady at Queensferry Pharmacy today was gentle, patient, friendly and managed to get all the samples needed for my test. Didn't hurt and despite some initial difficulties (not due to the phobotomist) my arms do not look bruised, which is unusual for me. Great experience, I would definitely recommend.

Another fantastic experience with Chelsea today at the pharmacy. She's been so helpful and informative regarding B12 injections, and it's made such a difference to my wellbeing.

Had my Covid injection . The procedure was fully explained and any risks made clear ! Got an information leaflet as well to refer back to . The injection was very quick and not sore at all . From making the appointment to its delivery the service was very good .

The pharmacist (Megan) takes time to explain and answers any concerns or questions you may have. She does this in a friendly, patient and knowledgable way. She is for sure an asset to our local pharmacy. A pleasure to deal with.
